By using Nothinq you agree to these terms. Nothinq is a beta: features change, things break, and it is provided “as is”, without warranties.
Your account and credits
- You must be at least 13 to use Nothinq; under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- You sign in with your own Puter account. Requests use your Puter balance, under Puter's own terms.
- New Puter accounts start with free credit. After that, you top up with Puter; prices are Puter's.
- You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your Nothinq account at any time in Settings → Account. That deletes the data Nothinqkeeps for you (see the Privacy page). Your Puter account is closed separately, on Puter, under Puter's terms.
Plans and payments
- Nothinq has a Free plan and paid plans (Basic, Plus and Pro, each shown with the Puter plan of the same name, and Founding member, one payment). Nothinq's part is a fee for Nothinq the platform; Puter's plan and your AI usage are billed separately by Puter to your own account.
- Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders: Paddle sells you the plan, takes the payment, adds local tax and sends your receipt, under Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle handles billing questions and returns. Prices are shown before you pay.
- A subscription renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Account → Manage plan; it stays active to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds: 14 days on a first payment, Founding and yearly renewals, as the refund policy sets out.
- We refund only Nothinq's own fee. Your Puter plan, AI usage and storage are billed by Puter and follow Puter's terms.
- Founding member is one payment for what Plus gives on Nothinq's side, with no monthly fee, for as long as Nothinq runs. You still pay Puter for your Puter plan.
- While paid plans are not on sale, every feature is open to everyone. Features and limits of each plan may change; we'll say so before a change affects what you paid for.
Plan and Founding terms
- Personal. A plan, and Founding membership, is for one person and one Nothinq account.
- Not transferable. It can't be sold, given away or moved to another account once it's bought.
- Not for sharing or resale. Don't share your sign-in or your plan, and don't resell or redistribute access to Nothinq or run it as a service for others.
- Fair use. Limits are set for one person's real use. Scripts, bots, scraping or bulk automation beyond that aren't covered.
- Abuse. We can pause or end a plan, Founding included, for abuse or for breaking these terms, after a warning where we reasonably can. If we end a plan for any other reason, we refund the unused part.
- For life. For Founding members, "for life" means for as long as Nothinq runs.
What you publish
- Sites and apps you publish are public to anyone with the link and are hosted in your own Puter storage (Next.js and server apps on CodeSandbox), under those services' terms.
- You're responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to its content.
- The acceptable use rules below apply to published sites too.
Connected apps
- Apps you connect (Gmail, Drive, GitHub…) sign in through your own Composio account, which keeps the access for you under Composio's terms and limits. Nothinq never sees your passwords.
- If this site runs apps on its own Composio project instead, each account gets a fair monthly number of app actions; when it runs out, apps pause until the next month and everything else keeps working.
- Disconnect any app in Settings → Connectors at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Nothinq for anything illegal, to harm or harass people, or to create sexual content involving minors.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's limits and safety filters.
- Follow the usage policies of the model providers you choose.
- Don't make pictures, video or voices of a real person, or that use their likeness, without that person's explicit consent.
- Don't use pictures, video or voices made here to impersonate real people, deceive anyone, or pass off as real something that isn't. Where the law asks you to say that content was made with AI, say so.
What's ours, and what's yours
- What you make with Nothinq (chats, files, sites, decks, pictures) is yours, as far as the model providers' terms allow.
- Nothinq itself is ours: the app, its code, its design, the name Nothinq, the mark and the pixel cat. You may not copy, resell, rebrand or re-host it, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use automated tools to copy its pages, prompts or interface to build a competing product.
- Don't try to get around plan limits, access other people's accounts or data, or use Nothinq's servers from another app or site.
AI output
AI answers can be wrong, outdated or incomplete. Check important facts, code and advice before relying on them. You own what you create with Nothinq, subject to the model providers' terms, and you're responsible for how you use it.
Prices
Prices on the site, ours and Puter's, can change. Puter sets and bills its own plans; we show them as they are on puter.com when we last checked. We'll say so on the pricing page and in the app before a change to a Nothinqprice applies to you, and a change never affects a period you've already paid for.
Copyright complaints
If something published with Nothinq uses your work without permission, email support@nothinq.studio with the link, the work it copies and how to reach you. We'll look at it promptly and take down what infringes.
Limits of our liability
As far as the law allows, Nothinq isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or credit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may change or stop features, or these terms, at any time. If a change is significant we'll say so in the app. Continuing to use Nothinq means you accept the updated terms.
